The Cross-Cultural Adaptability Inventory
The Cross-Cultural Adaptability Inventory (CCAI) is an assessment tool used to address one’s ability to adapt to a new culture. This tool is designed to respond to practical concerns which are often found in culturally diverse and intercultural environments. At the core of the CCAI, is the well-researched individual self-assessment instrument. This tool helps individuals identify their current strengths and weaknesses within four critical skill areas important for effective intercultural communications and interactions.
