I don't have enough time to complete tasks, build necessary trust and relationships with my colleagues.
Time-zone teams are challenging for me. It impacts my productivity and that of our team. Goals are not met on-time or at all or not as first thought (increased costs, objectives, ….). I sometimes don't understand why my colleagues think a certain way or don't communicate what they are thinking.
