What is unique about the IGLD Program?
Our integral approach and our focus on the development of leadership abilities and style over time. Our program is not a training. It is an experiential and interactive learning and development experience lasting 6-months.

Existing global leaders looking to improve their understanding of leadership and individual style as well as those preparing for global management or leadership roles are invited to participate in this program.

How does the program work?
The IGLD program includes three modules. Each modules includes pre-reading, 1-1 coaching sessions with a qualified coach, face-to-face workshop sessions and online learning modules.
