How do I get started?
After purchasing a coaching program, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with a link to set up your online coaching account to access your customized coaching program. You will receive information about scheduling your first 1-1 coaching session with your coach, if this is part of your coaching package. You are now ready to start your program.
How do the 1-1 Coaching Calls work?
Each coaching calls is 50 minutes in length and held via phone. You call the coach at a time and date convenient for the both of you.
What's included in the Culture Coach™ Guides?
Every Culture Coach™ Guide has a different topic. As such, they are all designed a little bit different, but you can expect to find things like this:
How long does it take for me to complete a Culture Coach™ Guide?
Every one learns at a different pace, but our experience has shown us that each Culture Coach™ Guide takes between 60-90 minutes to complete. The interactive online Q&A dialogue with your coach takes the time necessary to answer your questions.
How does the interactive online Q&A work?
After submitting your answers to your coach, an online dialogue exchange begins between you and your coach. This provides for guided thinking and generation of new perspectives. The living Q&A also provokes reflective thinking about the module content and suggestions on how to act on a given problem you have.
How long do I have access to the Culture Coach™ Guides?
This depends on the subscription you purchase. Anywhere from 3-, 6- months or 1-year access.
