My Healthy Tree - My Healthy Company

It is the start of a new year and the 12th anniversary of the beginning of Caterpillar Spirit. We have learned so much about working on our own, working with others, taxes, accounting, products, computer back-ups, disconnecting from work and much more.

Jason Fried, co-founder of 37signals, recently wrote about a healthy company and a healthy tree. Caterpillar Spirit continues to grow and develop and I found his metaphor very helpful in remembering what is important in how we work.
